Bridge from Body to Soul is the foundational PRYT facilitator training.


In this program, you will learn to guide clients through the 6-Phase Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Method—a process that moves from embodied awareness to insight, integration, and empowered action.

Whether you work privately, in groups, or within a clinical or yoga setting, this method gives you:
  • A structured, repeatable facilitation process
  • The skills to support clients somatically
  • A grounded presence that deepens connection and trust
  • Tools to guide clients from experience → insight → meaningful change
This training is experiential, embodied, and practice-based, designed for professionals who want to bring depth and clarity to their work with clients.

2026 Schedule Options

 

FALL 2026 — Live Online

8 Thursdays: October 1 – November 19
Time: 6:00–8:30pm ET
Intensive: Saturday, November 14 (11am–4pm ET)

Includes live training, guided practice, community sessions, and ongoing support.

Prerequisite

200-hour yoga teacher training
OR
Licensure/certification as a mental-health, health-care, or wellness professional.

Tuition & Registration

Standard Tuition

$1,680 $1,000 until July 14th
Payment options:

  • Pay in full or 

  • 3 monthly payments: $350 or 6 payments of $175

PRYT Graduate Tuition

$1,280 $900 until July 14th
For graduates of any 200-hour or higher PRYT Certification Program (PRYT Yoga Therapist, PRYT Yoga Teacher, PRYT 600, PRYT 500 MHP).
